At Campervan Builders, we want you to be fully satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't fit your journey, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
